Duke fans hating on PJ

This was the best thing I've seen all day (had to listen to the game on the radio - screw you ESPNU!!!).

It feels good to be hated. Bring on the HATE!! Now for "Clean, Old Fashioned Hate" to return to the rivalry it once was.

To be honest with you'll...I didn't think Duke Football fans existed.

LOL I love it. The dukies are going to get even....OMG I just shat myself in fear. It sucks to be a dukie today. You thought that maybe this is the year we are going to be good. REALITY CHECK....you still suck. But look at the bright side you may no longer be the doormat of the ACC, you may actually be able to look down on another school.....Nah you still are the laughing stock of division one football. Do yourselves a favor and drop football and then take your one hit wonder athletic program to the Ivy league, where your pampas arrogrant elitist attitude fits in well.

You know you suck when the AD asks you to schedule your first 4 games at home ..so you can have some fans at games before basketball season.

Up 17-0 in the 4th quarter and backed up deep, throwing deep was a great call with game not yet out of reach. In know way was that a lack of sportsmanship.

Letting Booker try a pass and kicking a FG late was borderline, but no problem.

Duke, however, was still playing 1st team against our 2nd and 3rd. Their fans wanted them to score, get an onside, score again, and then celebrate only getting beat 24-14 or 17-14. We've seen them do that before.

I doubt Cutcliffe will be mad about anything other than the poor performance of his team.

My favorite quote from their board, in the "In-Person Thoughts" thread:

One other thing that I wanted to mention: I don't understand why we always play so poorly in Atlanta. When it comes to intimidating atmospheres, that is not it. It doesn't make sense why we play so poorly, always, in Atlanta. It's really a calm, quiet place. In fact, the loudest it gets is for the Budweiser Song after the third quarter.

Because they have done so well everywhere else...

Amazing that they would critique Atlanta crowd. The only noise ever made at the Wallace Wade crypt are the stupid horns the kids blow at Youth Day for churches.

Ironic, as well, for on Duke pre-game show today their AD said when he was at Notre Dame their players said BDS at HGF was the loudest place they had played. He said even though the crowd is not particularly large, the fans are close to the field and with students in each end zone he considers us a tough place to visit.

Duke fans are just mad; they actually thought they were going to play UNC for the division title this year.

I just read those Duke posts......

BAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAA H AH AH AH AHH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA :laugher::lol::lol2::roflmao::hugelaugh::banana:

****ING NERDS.

Dook fans, a little hooch, heaven forbid a little doob contact buzz and the next thing you know it's a national championship. I feel for youse guys. Get over it.

You've got nice cheerleaders. I can't think of anything else nice to say.

They'll get over it in about two seconds. As long as their NC run lasted.

Dooksters, I could care less about this obvious football business. I want your ass on the hardwood!

Give me a minute and I'll set the record for replying to my own post! Have we talked about Sarah in this thread lately? Sorry, Joe, you're legs suck but you do have a cute smile, I guess.

SARAH ROCKS!!

Two more observations:

(1) Duke fans are more upset about the goose egg than the 27 since "Coach Cut" had the idiot Duke fans all believing that 30 ppg was some sort of constant number that would hold true against any defense. Duke fans are such deluded nerds that they probably thought that if they held us to 27 points they would SURELY WIN THE GAME.

(2) Duke fans are worried about their team getting humiliated by an extra FG......... ahem......... has it occurred to them that the team is humiliated when they suit up for home games and only six thousand people show up? If Duke is trying to avoid football humiliation, they have a loooooooong way to go on the home front before worrying about the opposition.

Doesn't say much for Duke's team that they think putting up 27 is running up the score.
