Duke fans, frankly, can go straight to hell.
Along with their ugly dressed up mascot...That thing was God awful.

I hope we were running up the score. Maybe next time Cutcliffe feels the need to talk trash about our program to a recruit he'll think twice.
That's what Butler said after he signed. I don't know that PJ was showing them something, but then again I don't know that he wasn't. As in, "cover that Lee"+1
Didn't Butler sign with Duke, because Cutcliffe was talking about him in practice going up against no WR's? Maybe CPJ was remembering these comments, with our aerial display in this game.

Doesn't say much for Duke's team that they think putting up 27 is running up the score.
I think we should be nice to these folks, though. They're just mad the day after a loss, so try to be friendly on their board if you decide to roam over there.
Nope, they wouldn't define that as nice. They expect it because they are pukes.
I'm sure CPJ could give a rats behind what their fans think. We're 4-1 and moving on to G-Webb --see you next year Dookies.
No, that was our fault. When he got hurt, one of the refs came over to check on him and he stood up. Then he started calling for someone to replace him as he jogged off. By the time we told him to get back down, Duke was already in formation and snapping the ball....or calling a play in while one of our defensive players is injured on the field. Correct me if I misinterpreted what I saw. The refs should have stopped the game.
I don't think CPJ would be that petty even though many fans would be.
Clapper, I disagree. He crumpled, and while Duke was in formation, there was still a good 2 seconds before they snapped the ball -- and he was second player in. Hard for the line judge not to see him.No, that was our fault. When he got hurt, one of the refs came over to check on him and he stood up. Duke, however, was still playing 1st team against our 2nd and 3rd. Their fans wanted them to score, get an onside, score again, and then celebrate only getting beat 24-14 or 17-14. We've seen them do that before.
I'll be especially stoked to fish around the Hive tomorrow and see if any of those (no kidding, I laughed my ass off) trash talking Duke football fans, have shown up to eat their crow.
