According to some high up GT boosters that I know, we put some feelers out for some notable DC's before the end of the season to gauge their interest in coming here and none of them expressed any interest so Thacker was retained on a one year "prove it" year.

For now. Duke was blessed with two Clemson fumbles knocking on Duke's end zone and a missed FG. If I were a wagering man, and I'm not, I'd bet Duke is not top 25 end of the season.
