That doesn’t make sense. What is the End Game? Playing in the NFL. If you can’t start at another college program, you have absolutely zero chance of going to the NFL. You’re going to be dependent on your degree and working regular jobs like everyone else. so unless you’re transferring to MIT, Stanford, or a better academic program, you’re better off staying at Georgia Tech because our degree is one of the best in the country.

I have said for the revenue sports at least they are athlete-students because you never hear them changing schools for academic reasons unless they flunk out.

and to another comment, no, we aren't Yale, and I am glad

We are a specialized school that is no worse than 3rd in what we do. Over half our undergrads are in programs ranked #1 or #2 in the country. Yale's aren't.

Comparing us to Yale is like comparing a working hunting dog to a show dog Bichon Frise - practicality vs. papers.

Which dog is no doubt, without argument "better"? That discussion would be pointless as is comparing schools.

I believe I agree with that poster.
