The plan is to stay close within a TD and then have Gibson end the game, ensuring the cover.
It isn't so much that it didn't heal in 12 days, but he re-injured it on Thursday. But yeah, still seems doubtful that he'll play Saturday. I've heard conflicting reports on the severity of injury though.Sims ain't playin'. Whatever he has didn't heal in 12 days so it ain't gonna heal in 9 days.

Maybe, but they could just gameplan for him to be a pocket passer. Anything besides giving Gibson the start.Sims ain't playin'. Whatever he has didn't heal in 12 days so it ain't gonna heal in 9 days.
our kicker hasn't missed a FG.I think the 20.5 favorite is about right. If Sims is out, we'll be lucky to sniff any points. Our kicker is subpar, the backup QB is a cluster f*ck and we are possibly one of worst coached team in the NCAA. There is nothing to be excited about, this coming Saturday. At least not for Tech fans.
If Sims doesn't start, he better show up in a ööööing cast.If Gibson starts and he doesn't have a damn metamorphism this week, 20.5 is probably about right.

Or what? You start a thread to cry about it?If Sims doesn't start, he better show up in a ööööing cast.
And his run for a first down was not as his normal speed. There were several plays early that a non injured Sims would have easily gotten a first down where he didn't run.We tried that against UVA. Didn't work. He only had 3 carries, one of which was a sack.
Because our o line was beating the hell out of opposing front 7's instead of pillow fighting them like now.How the hell did Justin Thomas only miss like two games his whole career?
I don't know it for fact, but he didn't look bad until he got tackled and rolled up on it again. He tried to give it a go the series after that and was obviously having a hard time. Just taking a snap and handing the ball off he hobbled. He couldn't plant and drive anymore and had to throw off his back foot which led to the overthrow of EJ on the sideline. He came out after that. He wasn't doing any of those things prior to getting tackled and rolling on it again... they just weren't using him much in the run game yet, likely to try and avoid that from happening. How do you know it was reinjured versus not being as stable as they had hoped?
Triple option QBs are generally tougher by design. How the hell did Justin Thomas only miss like two games his whole career?
Don't know about that.Because our o line was beating the hell out of opposing front 7's instead of pillow fighting them like now.
That was his first appearance. He was just wanting to see the worst it could be. After that, he was a gamer.Don't know about that.

Nice cherry pick bitchDon't know about that.
Dad and I noticed he was hurt pretty much right off the bat. I told him "Sims ain't at full speed" on our first series.Yeah, I thought that too. The RPO plays were basically missing the QB keep component. UVa wasn’t respecting the QB run even with Sims in the game. Our O just doesn’t run without a QB keeper. Long has 9 days between games to fix that.
Thomas made great plays more times than not but was running for his life consistently against bigger/more athletic front 7's, especially when the run game wasn't established early in the game.Nice cherry pick bitch
How many times did the QB get annihilated like Sims does per game running the whole offense.
If JT kept running left he could have gotten out of bounds as time expiredDon't know about that.
