It's a cow town.
Parts of it are pretty.
But for the state capital of one of the most populous states, it just isn't that impressive.

I recommend staying in Thomasville, about 35 minutes north of Tally. Several good places to eat there.

Here's Tallahassee in a nutshell - the NBC affiliate there doesn't even have a news operation. Doesn't have a shared news operation with another station, like stations in Jacksonville or even in Albany do.
It's not a bad town. It just isn't a great town.
As for FSU, that is one strong yard. And I think the weather will be just fine this weekend, so the coeds will be out in full force.

FSU has a better chance of a punt return for a TD.

Sun City in Bluffton, SC is the STD capital of the world. Rich retirement community where wrinkly people just swap partners all the time.
