don't worry about that guy contact, he thinks blair kicks with his toe...there hasn't been a toe kicker since the 70's
 
We're down by one touchdown and we get the ball first. Way too early to be worried.

In college as a mock I made up a rap song called Bobblehead and the lyrics are surprisingly similar.

It was a much better rap song than country jingle

only thing to worry about is Blair over thinking those misses and letting it make him into a headcase....Crazy Kickers :)

That and our middle O line is being punished..
 
I am feeling pretty positive right now. We are doing excellent on the score board. If we come out in the second half like we did in the Duke game, we can totally beat these guys. Their QB is flustered, all they have is the run. We just need one big play to get us back in this thing and we get the ball first. Let's have faith that CPJ will make the proper coaching changes.

I kicked a 55 yarder (soccer style) from the old right hash mark once (at GT). When you get the ball out on your toe (for a soccer style kicker TOWARD the toe to be accurate for non kickers), you hit it weakly to the high right OR if you are really releasing the foot, you may kick a hooking low to the left. Figure out the physics yourself, but I'm not wrong, Blair is probably just not comfortable kicking right now.
 
i kicked d2....long 68..obviously in practice..but his form is fine......if anything i think his problem is he is getting too close to the ball..his plant foot leads too much....

After 2.5 halves against the same kind of teams (UNC, UVA, VPI), all ball control teams, I'd say we don't do very well against these teams.

None of those teams felt we could put them away and they were right. UNC has our number right now, we need some big time adjustments.
