Yeah, he actually looks solid. Kinda meh on the Memphis guy.

I don’t actually know much about Norvell but he took Memphis to 2 division championships in 2 years

Seth Littrell is a great choice IMO

I would worry he has no ties to our area. Seems like someone who should be HC of Texas Tech, not Georgia Tech.

I don't like that he has no real ties to the southeast and limited experience in a P5 conference. His offenses seem legit, but his teams have given up an ungodly amount of points too. Maybe that's just more a byproduct of the AAC, though.
