For actual competitors, running OB doesn't even occur to them as an option. That's why you see 99% of QBs in this situation dancing around behind the LOS for as long as possible - to try and make something - anything - happen, no matter how low the odds.

Anyone who'd choose to run OOB in a situation like this is a quitter, not a competitor. They may have the skills to play but they're not ultimately winners when you dig down deeply.
especially when that person has done the exact same thing to end a game before....unreal.

or just run and try to keep lateraling the ball. Do something. Losing trying instead of just quitting.

that’s the entire ööööing problem of the Geoff Collins era of suck.
