Good Morning, this is your wake up call

Well Bama I was basically paraphrasing what I was taught in the military. Part of the reason to shave heads in basic is to thwart individualism. I'm not advocating shaving heads; but I am for uniformity if the goal is team building.

Why not?
Worked okay in the Marines.
I've never heard of a Marine Boot complaining about getting his hair cut.
Never listened for it either.
But then he wouldn't be so stupid as to try anyway.
Wouldn't hurt my feelings one bit to see our team shave their heads.
We're talking about building a football TEAM, not football INDIVIDUALS.
And before somebody gets their panties all wadded up let me say, that is no racial statement. Geeeeessshhh.
Dont want to offend anybody here.
Fortunately for me, I came along when the flat top hair cut was the haircut of the day.
Worked a lot better under the helmet too.
I'd like to see PJ set a rule that the players can have hair as long as they like, just so long as the helmet hides it ALL and nobody ever has to see it.

With Burnett and Wheeler, the dreads just let me know that someone on offense is about to get knocked the hell out.

John i was there all summer long!!! Dahlonega is beautiful but not all summer @ 21 years old!!!!!!!

I enjoyed it for 4 long years as a student especially the 45 minute drive each way EVERY day!!

Couldn't cut classes. Dad would have kicked my arse!

Hate to tell you this 71 but whitey tighties are for little boys. Real men wear boxers; but only white or pastel blue (or olive green if you are in the military), none of the fancy print stuff. I don't think the white 'panties for men' briefs were even available on the market until the 1950's.

Real men need alot more support than boxers can provide.
