I'm convinced. Even if the police decide not to charge you, all the accuser has to do is push for a hearing with the court where a judge is more likely to arrest and send it to the prosecutor to dismiss than to let the accused go.
Assuming there's a greater chance of guilt just because someone is arrested might even be more backwards in the case of sexual accusations.
