GT and the ACC

GT would be as much of a fish out of water in the Big10 as West Virginia is in the Big12

Being a fish out of water might not be a bad thing.

Currently we’re a bony smelly fish surrounded by others just like us in a murky stagnant pond of half full stadiums, untelevised games, and ugly balance sheets.

The 2021 class isn't complete yet. The star ranking is based on full classes and we have only signed 13 so far (transfers don't currently count in the class rankings). You're comparing apples and refrigerators when you compare a full class in the 40's ranking with a class of only 13 in the 40's.

The fact that you think we should be happy with 3 recruiting classes ranked in the 40's says a lot.

I think you are confusing the 2022 class for the 2021 class. Pretty sure we finished the 2021 class with 16 enrollees and 10 transfers, it is ranked 48 nationally on 247.

That's the problem with GT fans. You see CPJ's last years as "fine"
I don't see it as fine, but I do not think Geoff Collins is doing a decent job. Hell we play in the ACC, we should always be .500 in down years.... So that is the problem. Geoff Collins being a Annual 3 game winner is not fine with me. His National Conversation BS and lack of coaching up the boys. Is the problem

Did anyone claim to like how things are going? If Collins doesn't produce in this upcoming season, it is pretty clear he's gone.
However, I also wasn't real happy, nor were the majority of posters on here, with the mediocre results CPJ was getting. Terrible recruiting. Terrible play.

Were it not for JT5, CPJ may have been gone sooner.
