Same.No one can ever convince me we wouldn’t have won the 2001 FSU game if it had been played on the scheduled date. Sky would have been the limit after that.

This is ultimately a decision by our AD. He cannot manage his personal finances. Why should we expect better decisions as AD.Why did GT agree to the location of this game? This is ostensibly a "home" game for GT but I bet the dome will be 70% orange inside. Also, having the seating capacity reduced by 30,000 seats to avoid an even larger clemson crowd advantage makes GT look really pathetic. Even though BD would have had plenty of orange inside, the tv would have shown the GT stadium at least and the GT fans and students would have had a game day atmosphere on campus.
This has been discussed at length, but basically this is not a "home" game. Tech has an agreement to play one home game per season in the dome, and under that agreement, we would control the tickets for the game and season ticket holders would get comparable seats to their BDS location. But this year, we were invited (or assigned) to play in the Chik-fil-A Kickoff game against Clemson at MBS. That arrangement replaces our home game against Clemson with a neutral field game in the dome. So, we agreed to play a home game at MBS each season, but ended up losing that home game this season. If, for example, we were paired up with Central Florida for the CFA game, we wouldn't have the ticket control, and maybe we'd play a second game at MBS as a home game. Instead, we gave up a home game entirely to be the designated whipping boy for Clemson and a big national audience on TV. If we upset them, though, it's all good with me.Why did GT agree to the location of this game? This is ostensibly a "home" game for GT but I bet the dome will be 70% orange inside. I am sure Clemson will give up their home game next year so that we can get a CFA game rematch. This has been discussed at length, but basically this is not a "home" game. 1993 and 1994. I attended both of those games. Sadly, Tech lost both of them.Remember how we played at Clemson two years in a row in order to start alternating the dwags and Clemson at BDS? We should have tried to get a neutral game like this one of those years to accomplish the same thing.
