GT Pro Day

Welcome to the off-season. The basketball team is a disaster and baseball is just starting. Very little news and we get sidetracked. Imagine that.

the funny thing is that that post was a complete joke as the white text should have indicated. while his response was pretty good, it didnt seem that he realized i was kidding

Didn't see this posted anywhere else, so here is a follow up by Ken on Pro Day:

Shaquille Mason blew it out of the water.

Recovering from an ACL tear, wide receiver DeAndre Smelter didn’t perform, but he had at least a couple private conversations with scouts.

The Houston Texans, Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots have all gotten in touch with [Isaiah] Johnson or his agent following his performance at Tech’s pro day

“[Darren Waller] is a prospect you’ll want to keep an eye on,” Brandt wrote. “Some NFL team just might get itself a steal.”

Linebacker Quayshawn Nealy’s numbers were not exceptional (4.65 in the 40), but fine

Running back Synjyn Days’ workout numbers were OK, not great (4.63 in the 40). He did do well catching the ball out of the backfield. That said, one of Days’ biggest assets is strength at the point of attack, which isn’t something that will show up well in a workout.
