I’m not sure this is true. I don’t know the last time we were up by 14 late in the fourth against them and then had numerous calls against us, still had the ball with 2:00 left facing 3rd and 1 and then fumbled. All with the context of knocking them out of the at large bid picture of the national title. This was a special one.

I’m probably mid-aged Tech fan. We should all be basking in the glory of victory, able to check the GT bowl game score with ease because we are in the top 25. Sitting on a beach earning 20%. Instead we are in this hell.

My older brother who was the greatest GT fan I have ever known told me years ago; "you better have tough skin, if you're going to pull for the Yellow Jackets!" No truer words have ever been spoken, he was four years older than me and saw more GT games than I did, but together we saw a lot of GT games and witness many heart breaking losses against the Dwags. If he was still here, he would be devastated over that loss last Friday night, I don't know of any GT fan that hated those sumbitches from the Cess Pool as much as he did!

yes sir. she has a back up plan which is GA Scholars Program. It looks like she's going to be saluatorian at least. so if she's not accepted this week, they will accept her in May when final class rankings are announced (if she's salutatorian or valedectorian). i just don't know what to expect this week given how competitivie it is to get in.

Almost 72 hours later and I’m still fucking pissed. Repeatedly fucked by the refs in the biggest game of the year that we had in the bag.

I feel so stupid for feeling this way over a football game but I just can’t get the complete and utter bullshit that I witnessed out of my head.
 
Fwiw we did pick up a shitload of new fans and followers, and uga was exposed for the entire nation to see. Let's see what we can do with that.
 
I'm probably more angry now than I was on Friday night.

I want blood in the bowl game. I'm hoping the team learned from this and absolutely demolishes whoever is unlucky enough to be on the other side of the field.

I want the narrative to be that we were bullies, and should we have taken our foot off the gas once we were up by 49.

After seething all day on Saturday, I made a decision on Sunday to try to let it go and move on. I did ok until this evening, but now my PO meter is once again rising. As @JJacket said in a thread earlier, my hate has intensified, which I didn’t think was possible, but it has.

I wish COFH was at BDS next year instead of MBS (I get it, financially it’s a no brainer). THWGx2.

I also wish we play at BDS next year. We’re winning and I want those bodies buried at BDS. But I’m willing to settle for winning our third(fourth*) in a row in 2027 at BDS.
 
Sad to say but dont get your hopes up in the Benz. Everything about this game is going to favor UGA. I do think we could go 11-1 next year.

There was nothing that exposed UGAg any better than that bug eyed, tic toc-er, Lambo driving, bougie bastard QB of theirs getting bumped on the arm and the announcers doing the "Oh no, bug eyes is hurt!!!" - while King was getting speared, body slammed, targeted, stepped on, was bleeding, and still was getting back up and willing himself and the team to continue fighting.

I mean this. Haynes King may have become my favorite GT player of all time Friday night. Did we win? Nope. Have I ever seen a player for GT leave his guts out on the field like that before? No.

I would not trade King for any other QB in CFB. None.

Understandable. I was actually more pissed in 2009. We were actually the better team at home and should have won that game.
