Neither Chan nor O'leary ever beat FSU or Mark Richt coached teams. Both O'leary and Chan got fat and padded their win % with mediocre Clemson and awful Duke teams.

ND & Stanford rarely or never play lower level cupcakes

TPR feasted off of em' ,just so he could brag about his precious "rushing yards", TPR didn't care if the stadium was empty, didn't care if Alums wanted games vs. familiar Southern rivals like Aubie or Bama

You do realize basically every school in the ACC, SEC, etc. plays one FCS cupcake a year, right? The Big 10 doesn't allow their members to do so, but most P5 teams are playing the same number of cupcakes as we are. It has nothing to do with Paul Johnson trying to pad stats.

Undeniably true. But, especially with O'Leary, we were returning from the depths of misery. A win against anybody was a welcome occurrence for a couple of years.
