It's time to fire the coach

Richt has made a career out of being 'the cool coach'; but he is over 50 now and that cool persona is fading. I think his best days are behind him unless he comes up with a new schtick. He'll still have some good teams if he can do a Dabo and surround himself with great coordinators; but his recruiting edge is fading.
 
My bathroom radio is tuned to 750 so I happened to catch some of the call-in show after the game. Two hours later and they were still lighting it up. One guy said he'd been a dwagfan for 50 years and he'd never been so disgusted, blah blah. Said Richt needed to stick to the only thing he knew anything about which was selling trucks. :lol:
 
Man the mutts are so butthurt right now it's hilarious! I'm surprised we haven't heard of students trashing his f150 or house with shaving cream, tp and rubber dildos!
 
Richt will survive. He will beat Kentucky, Auburn and GT and finish the season 9 and 3 with a trip to the Outback Bowl and play some lollipop Big Ten team like Michigan and pull a win out of his arse there. The mongrels will be back on the bandwagon thinking the great one Eason will come down from on high and win them a NC in 2016. They will sign a top ten recruiting class, be preseason ranked top 10 and probably go 7 and 5 next year. Somethings just never change.

Richt is a öööö coach, and it isn't debatable. With the NFL talent they recruit on an annual basis, they should be sniffing a national title every four or five years and a conference title every year. Guy who can't win with that talent and none of GT's academic bullshit would win twice a year at GT.
 
A drunk Georgia fan told me at the bar last night that they want him gone because he can't win big games. They think that with the top 5 recruiting class that comes to uga every year he's way underperforming and it ain't like it's that hard to recruit at uga. He also said that Eason won't be the messiah that he's hyped up to be because he's seen this movie before where the media hypes them uga fans for some player or something and always ends up being next year is their year.
 
Their board on SECRant is a decent Sunday morning distraction, for those of us who enjoy soaking up mutthurt. It reads similarly to StingTalk during the last couple of years in the Gailey era.
 
I still don't understand why when I go out on Halloween night, some uga fans find me and talk to me about firing Richt. I'm kinda irked by how regular this is becoming.

While this is true, if Georgia were to finally have the full-scale meltdown I've been waiting to see and lose to Kentucky and Auburn (both of which are possible) then beating us will not save Richt come the end of the season.
 
Richt is nothing more than Gailey with better talent, only Gailey probably wins a National Championship at UGA.

Am I the only one who would be on cloud nine if they actually fired Richt and went with Bobo? They'd be praying for a return to the Donnan era in short order. And some of them actually want him to get a look. It wasn't that long ago that everyone in Athens wanted that man drawn and quartered.
