Jabari done

Ohhhhh, ok, well that clears it up...

Clears it all up. See. 92 knows. It's really beyond stuff. He just knows. Kind of like a higher enlightenment. Think of what Bill Murray got caddying the dalai lama.

This place is a trip isn't it? Sometimes you just have to go with it.

I heard Shaq Mason couldn't stop him from quitting the team.

But seriously, who the hell busts his tail to get himself re-qualified academically just so he can quit? Seems illogical. If you're not a quitter at 20 years old, why are you a quitter at 22? No bowl game, so just finish out 2 weeks. Weird.

It sure is! And yeah, I've learned to go with it... But sometimes I like to stir things up a bit.

They aren't playing like a team. Maybe you can't see that. Maybe you have the perspective of the morons who reported me for saying that the FSU win was useless unless they turned it around. This team is rudderless and it is obvious.

I imagine it will ding any chance of an NFL team giving him a sniff at a tryout. He is too small to begin with, but perhaps had a shot to at least show something. He just looks like, and pretty much is, someone that would quit on a team when the going gets tough.

And quit on his family. He could have been this year's star Days. I don't know what happened, but something is wrong.

I think most (fans, players and coaches) will agree with things haven't gone liked we hoped. But they're some realistic problems that had happen beyond our control, NO?

I think we have plenty of good young players. Many of them are either hurt or just make a lot of dumb mistakes right now. Last year was much better than the typical CPJ year and this year has been much worse. I expect we'll at least return to being a solid team next year.

We had one back with experience to start the season. We had an offensive line with experience that has sucked. Please explain how those problems were out of our control.

You don't think injuries where outta our control ?

Our lineup against VT on O.

O....F O O O F....F
.....F......O.....F
............F

Where the F were freshmen. Somehow, our edge blocking was weak compared to last year.

Fits my theory.

I knew that, but somehow this picture really drives it home.

These were our expected depth charts at A and B back at the end of last season. I've bolded the guys that were lost for much or all of the season, and added italics to those with experience.

B-Back:
Leggett
Weimerskirch

Skov
Marshall
Allen (moved from LB)

A-Back:
Andrews
Snoddy

Searcy

Willis
Lynch
Benson
Cottrell
Marshall
Jarrett
McClellan (lol)
Lands-Davis (moved from BB)
Griffin (moved from CB)

Are you seriously suggesting that we should have been prepared for having to rely what basically amounts to our 10th string A-back and 4th string B-back?

By the Clemson game, our A-back rotation literally consisted of 2 walkons, a freshman who was basically an afterthought to fill a late recruiting hole, and a guy who literally moved from CB right before the game.

The chart above shows that we did not expect to have to rely on any of the guys we ended up having to. We expected to have 2 talented, experienced A-backs with an athletic RS-Fr backing them up, and 2 serviceable players waiting in the wings. At B-back we had two guys who had at least spent a year in the program and should have complimented each other well. Skov was a stopgap and Marshall never should have had to play as a freshman.
