Agreed but the factories are giving out $100 million dollar contracts to their HC's and people some how expect the non-factories to be able to complete?

I like the incentive bonuses. I don't know what the protocol is but I would assume that the assistants would be given a share of the incentive payments. I'm sure they were tempted to put in a bonus for beating the dwags but probably best not to (at least publicly - what's the most you can PayPal somebody?).

True. It is easy to go in mid-contract and offer a coach a salary plus up for winning. On the flip side it is next to impossible to go in mid-contract and cut a coach's base salary.

Seems good at first glance but I would like to know how they define the "end of the year". I expect CBK to perform well enough to rework the contract at the end of his second year, just hope we don't öööö it up then.
