No. hypothetically if there was cheating, maybe WF is up by more in the 4th without that and the game goes differently.
 
It would seem Louisville used the information right? Otherwise why wouldn't you alert WF about being approached by the dude. That's some shady shit right there. And only UL could be dumb enough to leave the evidence behind.

3 seasons... Is there really no one who would report someone who is trying to give them another team's gameplan? Integrity? I think the NCAA should do an investigation and punish every team that took game plans

And yes I say this mainly because we haven't played Wake lately
