Marcus Wright a 5'7 170 lb. burner switches

Not to mention Maurice Jones-Drew (5'7", but 212 pounds). I've noticed watching the Jags play that he is generally through the much taller lineman before the LB's/DB's/Safety's see him. He's also an outstanding kickoff returner - If Wright can also return kicks, that would be a huge upgrade fro our mediocre special teams unit.
 
I think the combination of Dwyer, Earls, and Evans did a nice job returning kicks this year. Where we need a speedster is punt returns.
