Should be common sense to most on here but the rumor mill is more fun I guess. Not a good season, transfer portal makes things easier than ever, and coaching changes… should not be a surprise to anyone we will see some flux in & out this offseason.

Perversely, without a bowl this is a way to keep Tech football season going a little longer.
 
Absolutely Hate it, but from the gibbs and mason knotholes, not a terrible move. No matter what side you live on (cgc worse than hitler or cgc handed elementary school talent), this is what 3x3 adds up to, unfortunately.
 
Mason needs to go Pro. He’ll have plenty of time to work on his Masters in the off-season or when his career ends. It’s usually 5-7 yrs for a RB, correct?

That’s exactly right. “College” football has nothing to do with college anymore. And even if it did, most of the new generation of athletic kids are so selfish and self-centered that if you don’t put them on every social media side and fawn all over them they get offended and go someplace where the coaches will lick their boots and tell them how wonderful they are. No wonder Paul Johnson quit coaching. I would never make it as a coach these days either.
 
I hope the Falcons Draft Mason, they need a young RB in the worst way, I think he'd be a great pickup in the 4th round

He needs better than the Falcons. Hate to say it but he’s probably Patriots material. They go for the GT discount and get him as an UDFA.

Most fun to my eyes was Tony Hollings, that dude had acceleration like Formula1 race car.

After his injury he still had a few yrs in the NFL.

I hate that our Medical Staff & Chan put in back in the game, maybe if we had "Medical Tents" on the sideline like we do now, that injury could have been avoided, dude had a stretch where he was averaging close to 200 yds rushing per Game

Once he gets to the Combine season maybe he impresses, maybe he gets to the Sr Bowl and has a great week and gets looked at closely by the NFL Scouts

Scouts will fall in love with him
