Mel is so dumb. Don't make these transgressions unless you are winning. If this was Kirby, a booster would have paid off the other party and this would have only been brought up in the good ole boys booster get together for chuckles.

If I were a coach with that kind of contract. I wouldn't own a damn phone. I'd have an assistant screen ally calls and my messages.

Maintain innocence, get a fat portion of that contract, start coaching elsewhere next year.

If Kirby hadn't won two championships, he's facing a similar fate for the two deaths in their out of control program.

We will never know the true story, but if I had to guess they had been having a romantic relationship for a while and ole Mel decided to end it. That’s when she said we will see about that.

MSU pays the full buyout but the lawsuit allows a non-disclosure so they don’t have to admit it. MSU looks tough, Mel gets paid.
