My favorite video was of a particular game where he had just scored and there was not much time left on the clock, and he had an assistant jumping in front of his face trying to get Leach to go for 2 and he stared at the scoreboard deep in thought. I think it was against Oregon? Tried finding that video in the past but can't find it now.

Pretty sure Leach was the OC, similar to CPJ. No coordinator listed. Could've been his O-Line coach barking at him though.
