ND boards.....

Just took a quick glance at one of their boards (http://www.uhnd.com/bb/forum/index.php?action=main&forumid=6) and they have some score predictions up. About 30 so far, of course most picking them to win, but out of those 30, our average score is 28.3. The last time we scored <30 was the 28-6 win over Clemson. The last time we scored <30 and lost was to Duke.

I've read a lot of ND fan chatter recently. The smack talk levels for this game are pretty high for a non hate week game. Many of them have admittedly never watched a GT game. I think you're seeing the evidence of that. Not that any of us really knows what's going to happen.

The ND fans over on Scout are all picking Tech to win.

Yea, I checked. Some believe if we win it will be a blowout. They believe if they win it will be a squeaker.

If JT and the AB's and WR's are on, we blow them out. Not worried about the BB position.

I think their QB will not be ready to check off WR's. If his first look isn't open, I expect him to pull down and run. I anticipate a bunch of short throws to TE's and screens. Hopefully, they don't work.

I expect them to run for ten yards a pop out of the I.

We'll see.

They have been running pretty well so far this season, but we've been able to stop running teams from accomplishing their goals before. Outside Chubb's single huge run last year he had more or less just a cloud of dust.

They said one of the ways to stop the option, besides "hitting the QB in the mouth", was to "hammer the fullback" and make him contact shy.

Don't think they've ever seen Skov:bowrofl:

Skov had played Notre Dame before, probably. I doubt that will intimidate him much.

I'm picturing a mansion in Rome where a bunch of old men in pink dresses walk around carrying out the dictates of an older man in a white dress who makes sure that his underlings are free to prey upon innocent children.

Obviously, that The Jacket insults many of his/her fellow alums when he makes the exploitation joke, which helps to propagate a myth that has been disproven many times (that priests are any more likely to prey upon innocent children than anyone else).

I wonder what Roof's general plan will be-- sit back and let the young QB try to beat our coverage, or attack and try to confuse him. I think there are pros and cons to both, as with anything.

Speaking as a practicing Catholic, priests should be better than the norm (a lot better IMO).

It's a joke, but I'm not surprised a lefty california communist gets his panties in a wad because of it.

Maybe find yourself a safe space and a teddy bear.

I think we sit back in coverage early and see if he'll beat himself first. Once he starts to settle, then start bringing the pressure and try to rattle him. All really will depend on how well he does with his feet if he can't find an open man.

Let me guess, you have lots of Catholic friends and they'd be cool with it, right?

Are priests who sexually abuse children more or less likely to benefit from systematic cover up than anyone else?
