News Flash: Geoff Collins isn’t going anywhere

I don't disagree; but for $14M (or whatever the buyout is) it might we worth a try get him some new coordinators as a last chance attempt. I doubt it would work because I think the tone set at practice and on the sideline are big parts of the problem.
If you were an up and coming coordinator, would you seriously want to come to work for Collins?

Well maybe whining like a little girl is the best strategy then.

If that’s true, we won’t lose another game after the collective whining on this board lately.
You are right! We should all get together, invite our head coach to join and all have a big group hug.

For 2 years minimum….so put your big boy pants on and stop with the bitching. I’ll be serving plates of crow to the majority of you losers after Ws

I will happily eat crow starting with win number 4 or any win against a ranked team. I am not expecting it though

Sure. He has an organization set up to recruit, and if you are a good coordinator you can write your own ticket.

At this point I would welcome back Pat Nix and Jon Tenuta. They wouldn't be my first choices...but they wouldn't be my last either. However, I could see a FCS coordinator willing to make the jump to a P5 team for twice their current salary. O'leary was willing to come work for B*** L****; maybe there is another O'leary out there somewhere.
