GT is tied for #5 at rushing yards / attempt at 6.1.
Pretty good offense it's too bad Oregon treats the game like a video game which draws the attention away from how effective we were as a team.
Wonder how often the teams ahead of us in 4th down conversion went for it compared to us.

They tweeted back in November - after the Clemson game, I think - that we were #1 in the country on 3rd and 8 or longer.Do they have this stat for 3rd and long? I remember hearing, but never seeing proof that we also lead the country in 3rd and long conversions.

This is sort of hard to get your hands on actually. I compiled some stats from CFB Stats and here's what I came up with based on Pass and Rush stats for 7-9 yards to go and 10+ yards to go.
1) Alabama (41.56%)
2) Ohio State (40.54%)
3) Marshall (39.53%)
4) Western Kentucky (39.51%)
5) Appalachian State (39.13%)
6) Georgia Tech (38.24%)
7) East Carolina (36.36%)
8) USC (36.17%)
9) Auburn (36.14%)
10) Western Michigan (35.06%)
So 6th overall and 3rd out of P5 teams.
