All I see anywhere on my phone is the opportunity to buy tickets. In fact, it tells me I don't have any tickets, although on my PC, I can clearly see them and the seat location.

That's exactly what I did, and it worked perfectly. However, why can't we just use the Ticketmaster app and log in to see our tickets? Talk about a cluster!

Each venue seems to have their own Ticketmaster portal which is walled off from the rest of Ticketmaster. MBS has the same thing. Seems like a bad design.

you know what can't be walled off and can be kept as a souvenir?

FYI, if you don't have a Ticketmaster account then you have to create one.

Use the link Tech sent and follow the directions exactly. The app will not work. You must use the link they sent! You can add the tickets to your apple/google wallets.

2. Click on each ticket and select “add to wallet.”

My father quit going to Tech games when his mobility issues prevented him from handling the stairs and aisles in the stadium. The next generation will stop going to games because they can't get the app to put tickets in their wallet.

The problem that I had was that for totally unknown reasons, the email I received showed on my PC, but no my phone, so I didn't see the link on my phone. I had to type into my phone browser what I showed on my PC screen. If anybody has any idea why that mess happened, please let me know, in case something like that happens again
