Got the email, got into yet another different Ticketmaster portal. Can see my seat assignments under “tickets” but I can’t open them to add to my wallet. There’s just a message saying to call the Birmingham Civic Center for assistance.

Anybody successfully gotten tickets into their wallet yet?

Same. They have a Gremlin. I'll check again later. I will say, as a moderately avid sports consumer, I'm really getting sick and tired of the requirement to agree to 10 fucking different EULA's and giving my info just to get one fucking ticket to one event through the same shell ticket portal. Maybe I'm just being a Kevin and these measures help reduce fraud and theft, but they're about to lose me.

I went to load my tickets and it said would be available after 5:00 Central Time, hope that happens!

I haven't found a way to get them into my wallet yet
 
I can't get it to work either. I may try again in a few hours. I got stopped at setting up an account and trying to verify my phone.

If you have ticket a regular Ticketmaster account you may not need to create a new one. I just used existing Ticketmaster login.

I don't have a Ticketmaster account. I usually use StubHub. Anyhows, I made too many attempts to verify my phone (it never sent me a text) and now I'm locked out and have to contact the Ticketmaster help center. I should have known better than trying to buy tickets through GTAA.
 
All I see anywhere on my phone is the opportunity to buy tickets. In fact, it tells me I don't have any tickets, although on my PC, I can clearly see them and the seat location.
Open the email on your phone.... login with Ticketmaater login.... you should be able to find your tickets.

Open each ticket individually and save to your Wallet.

Unfortunately, for reasons totally unknown to me, my email on my phone does not include the email I see on my PC. I don't have a clue what's going on.

That's exactly what I did, and it worked perfectly. However, why can't we just use the Ticketmaster app and log in to see our tickets? Talk about a cluster!
