Official bHAM Bowl Discussion Thread.

I suddenly had a craving for Brunswick stew, but here in San Diego, it doesn't exist. I would have to drive to OC to find some.

Are they more known for ribs or pork?
Pulled pork. My favorite dish is the Pork n Greens. It has grits, greens, pulled pork, onion rings, and bbq sauce. I usually don't like nontraditional bbq dishes, but all the flavors really go well together.

Pulled pork. It’s a habit with me, also. Mine comes in a link. No side dishes. Very traditional. Been told it has great flavor.

Does the team spend the night in B Ham?

What punishment. Are we paying them a per deim for practices?

I haven;t found really good Brunswick Stew around Atlanta since Melear's in Fairburn closed.
Fresh Air in Jackson has solid Brunswick Stew. Mine’s the best, though.

*Fayetteville. It was a couple blocks from my dad's childhood home where my grandparents still lived. I loved that place. Wish somebody had the recipe for their stew and their sauce.
I grew up in Palmetto and Melear's BBQ was some of the best I've had in my life. When I think Brunswick Stew, still think of theirs. Was amazing. Was sad that the kids didn't carry on the tradition of the parents.
