This could really make the wheels fall off the bus at Mississippi State. You've got a professional sports team across the border in Tuscaloosa and you're gonna lose all discipline like that? Leach is off to a horrible start as a HC.
 
NCState not looking good against a bad Kentucky team
 
Watching games like a 3-7 Miss St beat #24 Tulsa, 5-6 Kentucky beating #23 NCSt, and 4-5 Ole Miss currently leading #11 Indiana seems to give some credence to the SEC dominance narrative? Alabama is a class by themselves, so their beating of ND is to be expected.
Of course, Auburn getting beat down by NW and Florida being abused by Oklahoma goes against it.
But watching the lower level SEC teams against upper level teams from other conferences...
 
Easy to pick who I want to win the Fiesta. Iowa State wearingbblack and whitecwith school colors red and gold. Oregon is wearing green and gold, at least today. Go Ducks!

I think it's more that most of the rankings this year were nonsense.

Is it possible for a conference to self terminate or is it required that all members do so simultaneously?
