So uh, Kennessaw State's defense did better than ours against JSU?
 
This situation has never made sense to me with all the spread option shotgun teams. Why don’t they practice for the 4th and inch play to have the qb under center? Why play off the line 3 yards when you need an inch? Paul Johnson is a genius And he needs an autorenewing contract plz.

Jacksonville State scored on 2/10 drives against GT: 20% scoring efficiency
Jacksonville State scored on 1/9 drives against KSU: 11% scoring efficiency

Jacksonville State had 184 yards offense against Tech
Jacksonville State had 187 yards offense against KSU

Actually I guess the performances aren't significantly different. And in both cases Jacksonville State was pretty well shut down--it's hard to do much better than either Tech or KSU did. So I retract my statement that KSU's defense is better even though they gave up fewer points
 
Neither of these teams belongs in the national championship discussion.

And yes, I realize that's a different conversation than whether they deserve to be in the playoff, but I'm butthurt that one of these teams may take away a slot from a team that can actually beat the dwags.
 
Whisky should have gone for it on 4th. Their D is worn out.
