There has been ample discussion and proof. It’s how we lose athletes to places like ND, Vandy, Stanford, etc.

Tech has EVERYTHING going for it. Great history, great facilities, hip city, great weather, etc., except the fact that there are limited academic offerings for student athletes. Tech has sucked at recruiting, compared to schools in our shared markets, since forever.

Exactly. And we can still be one while offering bullshit majors for sports. No one thinks less of Stanford because they have an African studies major

There is still one very small thing to play for here. The largest margin of victory in COFH is 48 points – GT over UGA 48-0 in 1943 (one of the games UGA says shouldn't count but everyone does). At the beginning we're losing by 38 points.
