You're correct. My point is that the rule should be - IMO - what I said. It is what you state now.
Also, we've been non-huddle all game. Two guys with signs. Very surprising. Why is this being implemented now?

Though I hate it, I would say yes. They get a lot of people who don't deserve a penalty at all kicked out of the game, but they have definitely changed the way hits are delivered across both college and pro football. There are way less big helmet-to-helmet hits now then there were five years ago.
