Weird that Bally's literally doesn't have a playclock display anywhere? Also... surely that is either incomplete or down

Refs are clearly going to choose whatever adventure benefits Miami here. That play should
Either be no catch or down by contact.
 
He's down with control of the ball. That's a catch. I don't trust these refs though not to say the call on the field stands.
 
Catch, down by contact, and targeting. Should be another 15 added to the play.

IF CT3 made that tackle, he'd be ejected.
 
I'm guessing incompletion, he didn't really make a football move. Zero chance it should be a fumble though. I hate the whole notion of "let it play out" because it leads to absurd on-field calls like this.

Yep if he didn't have control when he landed that's incomplete. If he landed with control he's down. Those are the two possibilities.
