His team is incredibly young. The coordinators he has had were nothing when they joined him and hes built a great program in one decade.
Hes most certainly a top 10 coach in the sport and likely a top 10 all time when he is done
 
This game is what happens when you have two relatively evenly matched teams and one makes a few extra mistakes and the refs are completely, 100%, unabashedly in the bag for the other.
 
Very happy they didn’t throw the flag, but I actually feel for Shipley there. Get back from a concussion, and first game get knocked in the head. Tough luck
