Thing about getting all these hot $%#@ garbage personal fouls in their favor to reverse stops, plus non-calls for hitting our guys late, is they're only up by 4. The penalty gifts can end quickly, and if this becomes an evenly called 2nd half, we roll this even with Gibson.

Yeah thats an iffy one. We’ve got all the momentum but backup QB and we’ve gotten nothing up the middle.

FG was definitely the right call. Didn't love the third down call, but the execution was sooooooooo bad it's hard to say for sure . . . maybe it wasn't a bad call (?)

I think the fear was getting set up without using a timeout with your backup QB under time pressure. Take a shot at the end zone. Then have time to set up for a good FG. Don’t want to waste a timeout after a run in case you got stopped short of end zone after the first. It doesn’t take long to reset chains on first and goal.
