We can still beat Duke in this way. If Duke ends up winning the coastal and they lose to FSU. FSU makes the playoff and goes to the Rose Bowl. The Orange Bowl would then select the highest ranked remaining ACC team. If we take care of Clemson and regardless of what happens against UGA, there's no way the Orange Bowl picks Duke instead of us.

I don't know what the rules are, but at least the BCS rules said you had to be a top 14 team to be an at-large pick.
