Apparently. We held them to a FG and got a turnover or two, and STILL gave up 52. It’s remarkable, since I think Carolina scored on every possession and hit some long plays.

Puzzling to see Cutcliffe kick the FG in the red zone down 35 at the end of the half.

Should have been at worst offsetting penalties. Could have been 15 yards (and a runoff?) against VPI.
