Official post-game bitch session

defense got it done. first time in a while i actually expected them to get off the field on third down and they did.
philo had the advantage of having no expectations which lets him play more relaxed. definitely promising, should improve with more real game reps to let him adjust to speed of game from college vs HS.
biggest issue i see is blocking. which is especially concerning considering HC background. way too many unblocked defenders making tackles with offensive players watching them run right by and not even touching a defender.

Considering players are generally doing a commercial whether on social media, TV, radio for a brand or local company, I would say, yes. But if they make stupid NIL deals like Ewers when he went to tOSU for 1 year, quite obviously that was a massive fail.

As NIL evolves, so will the contracts and payouts with these deals. Next stages in all this will give companies more leverage.
 
I drank a lot of Jager and served my punishment. I stand behind what I said, though. Also, these kids get paid now. "Student-athletes" my ass. I bet certain backups get paid more than I did in the Army trying to get into Georgia Tech. Sorry not sorry.
