I've thought the same thing as to why a school hasn't come and offered him a HC job. Maybe he's one of those Bud Foster types that is content just being a DC and doesn't want the pressure that comes with being a HC.

They have, but he's turned them down. He apparently really enjoys being at Clemson. It also doesn't hurt that he makes $1.5M.

I think he'll leave when he gets a destination job offer. He no reason to go to a G5 or lower P5 school at this point.
