He's making his announcement public on ESPNU at 3:45pm... he can't pick up an FSU hat if they don't have a scholly "right now" to give him can he? I really don't know how all that works.

I have a FSU buddy just told me that FSU will most likely contact him soon and let him know to go elsewhere. But who knows
