Well I just did a pretty grueling workout, and I'm about to make myself breakfast. Then I'll go off to work, but I'll update you as things go.

Me too this morning...front squats suck...soon be to eggs and fruit for breakfast. Hopefully eating that while the letters start rolling in.

I tried to find anybody anywhere doing live updates and can't, so I have to assume #1 was superman, #2 was bat man, and #3 was the incredible hulk.
