The number of people here who can't even pretend to separate their hatred for Collins from their buttmad over CPJ and the option leaving is staggering. Thank God you people aren't making the decisions around here, you'd have us chase our tails and insist it would move us forward.

I seriously want you guys to help me understand. Why, instead of simply acknowledging that your preference in watching football is the option, do you act as though it is our best (or even only) path to being successful and, of all things, beating Georgia? I do not know who they are or if or when we will hire them, but there are a number of coaches who can be successful here and turn Tech back into a winning program. The overwhelming majority of them, nearly all of them, do not hold a primarily option-based philosophy. I get that you like the option. So do I, it's fun to watch when it's done well. But winning is the objective, not winning with your favorite kind of play call.

Ehh this is a pretty dumb time to call out people who didn’t/don’t like Collins. Especially after the last 3 years of CGC fan bois crying “CPJ lover” anytime anybody questioned this regime.

Idk if Monken is the direction I’d take things. I’m pretty confident he’d be above .300 here regardless of the roster he inherited. But I also think just about anybody could do that. Just about.

People who have hated Collins from the beginning because he wasn't who they wanted didn't stop being jackasses just because our team sucks. They're children, and they will continue to behave like children whether the next coach is their guy and they want him fired in the first season again, or if it is their guy and they defend him no matter how bad the team gets.

We don't need to play service academy ball ever again. We can win 7+ with competent coaching, which is absent on the Flats now.

If Weak Forest can, we can too. öööö the TO & anyone wanting that bullshit back.
