Y’all are acting like Monken hasn’t had plenty of years NOT running the 3O… he can coach spread option, which is what a ton of teams run right now.

It won't counter the perception among the majority of people that we're returning to the 3O. The effect of that perception will tank our recruiting and maybe roster talent as well pretty hard before we could get across that we aren't just repeating the 3O (assuming we ever break that perception at all).
