The Guy from Cincy isn't guaranteed to Recruit any better than the Current HC at those Programs you listed above.

The same level of Recruiting even with a huge uptick in coaching might mean 1 more Win and the losses being closer on the scoreboard.

None of those Programs are significantly better with 1 more win per year.

The people who keep saying "idk acc refs are always bad" are really, really not paying attention. The officiating this year has been inexcusably, inexplicably ööööing terrible, with instances that look like straight up malfeasance. I do not know what is going on with the zebras but this is far worse than their standard brand of incompetence.
