I haven't been able to find video of it and I missed that play.

He put his helmet down, and initiated contact with his shoulder to the the midsection of the QB while another player hit him on the other side. The crown of the helmet did make contact with the QB’s arm as it was flopping around from getting demolished. Unless I have the numbers mixed up.
