That was a very GT defense on that series from Texas. Essentially noneBOOMer Sooner!! OU/UT has been a knife fight. Looks like the Horns got hooked.

I don't see how either really needed the money, unless they are playing the eventual reduction to a 32 team league where a lot of teams are relegated to playing a lower league of football, including usEarly prevent defense on that drive did what that defense usually does - prevent victory. That was the best game I have seen in a long time. OU and UT fans and players will regret leaving the Big 12 for the SEC. they had a good thing going right where they are with other good rivalries. Of course, those who count the money will be delighted.
It’s a breath of fresh air to see the parity in CFB so far this year. For all the whining about the Portal and NIL, there is no true #1 this year. I thought Texas was the closest thing to #1. Now OU enters the mix. Any of the following have a legit shot at the CFP:
Michigan, Ohio State, PSU, Oklahoma, Texas (will get a 2nd shot at OU), FSU, Oregon, Washington, ND, uga.
Outside looking in:
USC - Defense will cost them.
Alabama - No room for error. Issues at QB, OL will cost them a 2nd loss.
UNC - Very flawed team.
Miami - Still a ??? on how good they are. Nice win over TAMU helps.
They hung 38 on us moving up and down the field at will and so far have been shut out in one half against Miami, OH.14-0 H
Might could be. We'll find out soon enough. They hung 38 on us moving up and down the field at will and so far have been shut out in one half against Miami, OH.
I really, really hope Tech comes out fighting today, but I am concerned there is something rotten going on in the program.
