I selected the wrong one. I meant to select “bad required to enter, no mask” But whether or not you’re vaxxed is honor system.

While I still disagree with the extreme approach of forging a document, but I don't know how much of that was in jest. Even if so, I should have asked for your perspective first.

the vax has sent several of my family members to the ER and ICU with new heart issues. i don't give a flying öööö about your opinion.

so what yall think GTAA will do? we are still 19 days away from the earliest time they expect announce protocols for BDS (or no protocols although at this point i think there will be some).

The federal Emergency Use Authorization law and the FDA, including the FDA Fact Sheets, state unequivocally that each person has the “option to accept or refuse” the shots. These shots are experimental and investigational and have not been licensed by the FDA. The Nuremberg Code also states that voluntary consent “is absolutely essential.”

The vaxes are EUA and do not have full FDA approval, Liberty Counsel stated the shots “cannot be mandatory under Title VII.”

“In general, employee vaccine religious exemption requests must be accommodated, where a reasonable accommodation exists without undue hardship to the employer, under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,” the law firm explained, adding that federal employees may also claim religious exemptions under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993.
