I don't think anyone can come in here and competitively recruit with Clemson, F$U, Uga, Auburn, Bama, etc.

There are numerous threads that discuss the reasons why we cannot recruit as many players, but they include academic restrictions, the Hill, Board of Regents, etc.

I agree, BuzzLaw. But the O's statement was that "PJ is the best we can do until we can competitively recruit", so I wondered when that will be. According to your statement, the answer is "never".
